Big news - this is our first ever coffee offering from Costa Rica! We're beyond stoked to release it to you. This coffee has some serious zip and zing to it, reminding us of blue raspberry and sour punch straws. Bright acidity followed by a candy-like, fruity sweetness. We have a limited supply, so it's going to go fast!

About the origin:

This coffee comes from CoopeTarrazú, a cooperative of more than 3,500 coffee producers in Costa Rica’s San José province. The cooperative supports its farmers through hands-on technical assistance, sustainability programs, and work to address challenges like coffee rust.

Tarrazú is one of Costa Rica’s most well-known coffee-growing regions, producing around 25% of the country’s coffee. Farms here sit between 1,200 and 1,900 meters above sea level, where the high elevation and distinct seasons create ideal conditions for growing coffee.

Harvest runs from November through March, during the region’s dry season. The dry weather makes for a more consistent harvest and allows producers to naturally sun-dry their coffee after processing. This particular coffee is sundried for 14 days prior to washing.
