Bolivia Finca Rosita Washed

For the first time ever, we are offering two different versions of the same coffee. Finca Rosita has produced two versions of this coffee using two different processing methods: washed and anaerobic natural. We are grateful to have gotten our hands on both, as it's an incredible opportunity to fully taste the effects that a chosen processing method has on a coffee. 

This washed version has a mild acidity with notes of pink grapefruit, dried pomegranate, and allspice. The terrain of the Andes, where coffee trees grow alongside plantains, yucca, and citrus, lends a distinct character to the cup—balancing a smooth sweetness with a warm, spiced finish.
